Turtle Creek Tennis Court Rules -
Any and all modifications to the exterior structure and/or landscaping require an "Approved" Architecture Review Board (ARB) Request prior to scheduling or initiating any work.
Note: Avalon homeowners should submit ARB requests to the Avalon ARB, not the Turtle Creek ARB.

Homeowners in Boca Pointe and Water’s Edge are members of one homeowners association - the Turtle Creek HOA, and therefore have only one management company.
Homeowners in Avalon have two management companies as they are members of two HOAs - Avalon & Turtle Creek.
